Yellow is the title poem of Margaret Rhee's first chapbook published in 2011 (Tinfish Press).

Yellow, in its digitized form, makes a statement on the objectification of race.

                                                                                             *

Specifically, the poem focuses on the racialization of Asian American women.

                                                                                            *

Yellow aims to enacts social commentary through avant experiments with language and color.

                                                                                            *

Through poetic form and interactive content, the poem hopes to shed light on the violence of the racialized and sexualized internet.
